I just love both of Claire's Sewing Box stamp sets! I love the cozy feel these stamps create. I also love all the possibilities that layering brings. These stamps are very versatile!
This card was done by embossing the bird in white on red cardstock. I also stamped it on the backside of a piece of designer cardstock a second time and then cut out the wing. I did this so that my stamping marks would not show on the front side of the image.
Supplies:
Designer Paper-Memory Box Cranberry Biscotti and small scraps of Basic Grey Urban Prairie (green leaves)
White Embossing Powder
Martha Stewart Deep Floral Vine Punch
All stamps used on this card: Waltzingmouse (of, course!)
Oooohhh I LOVE this, it's so pretty! xx
ReplyDeleteSo adorable! I love these stamps too -- you are right about their versatility. I love how you embossed the bird on dark cardstock, and that punched layer is amazing.
